Welcome to Lit Solutions www.litsolutions.nl. By accessing our website and using our services including Enterprise Networking, Digital Automation, and E-commerce Development you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Lit Solutions provides including Enterprise Networking, Digital Automation, and Ecommerce Development services. The exact scope, deadlines, and deliverables of any project will be explicitly detailed in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) signed with the client.
2. Obligations & Access
To deliver our services effectively (such as setting up enterprise networks or automating workflows), you agree to provide us with timely, accurate information and the necessary secure access to your systems, hosting environments, or hardware. Lit Solutions is not liable for project delays caused by a lack of access or delayed cooperation.
3. Intellectual Property
Our Tools: Lit Solutions retains all rights to our pre-existing software, code, templates, and methodologies used to build your solutions.
Your Deliverables: Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, ownership and intellectual property rights of the custom-developed software, e-commerce platforms, or network configurations will transfer to the client.
4. Payment Terms
All fees, billing cycles, and deposit requirements will be specified in your quote or contract.
Invoices must be paid within [e.g., 14 or 30] days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend development, automation workflows, or network support services if payments are overdue.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lit Solutions delivers high-quality engineering and development. However, we cannot be held liable for: Financial losses, downtime, or data leaks caused by third-party software, hosting providers, or external cyber-attacks.
Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall never exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service in question.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business data, network architecture designs, source code, and internal credentials strictly confidential and will not share them with third parties without prior written consent.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement if the other party breaches these terms and fails to cure the breach within 14 days of written notice. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to that date.
8. Governing Law
